Ackard Contractors Continuing our Legacy

It is with great excitement and pleasure that Richard Plamondon, Aquilino Naccarato, Maryanne Naccarato and Valerie Plamondon owners of Ackard Contractors, announce the beginning of their transition of the company to the next generation of leaders. Travis Plamondon, Rémi Plamondon, Paul Swekla and Michael Plamondon will be stepping up over the next few years to assume both leadership and ownership of the business, providing both continuity and energy for the next phase of the Ackard journey.Richard and Aquilino will continue in their current roles for the foreseeable future (as will Travis, Rémi, Paul and Michael), providing the needed experience and stability as Ackard’s new partners step up further. As a result, in the near term, our clients, vendors, employees and community will not see many outward changes as this begins to take effect. However, the intention is that over time, the transition to this new generation of leaders will provide Ackard with the energy, creativity and commitment we have always had, as we embark on the next phase of growth and service to our customers.
